1. What payment method does PanosFX.com use?

Here on PanosFX.com we use Paypal to do business with our customers. Paypal is the world's most loved way to pay and get paid. The site's Paypal buttons let you add more than one items to your shopping cart; after confirming your order at checkout you will be directed to Paypal's site to make your payment safely.
 

2. Do I need to have a Paypal account to make a payment?

No, you don't. Upon checking out you are given the option to pay with a credit/debit card without having to sign up a Paypal account.


3. What currencies do you support?

PanosFX.com is a company based in Greece, therefore the base price set for products is in Euros. If you live in a country outside the Euro zone (e.g. in the USA) the payment takes place in your own currency and not in Euros. Paypal will show you the exact cost in your own currency before completing the transaction. Paypal currently supports 23 different currencies.


4. Do you offer any discounts for bulk shopping?


The Complete Bundle is a discount bundle that lets you get the full range of PanosFX products and pay 50% less. To find out more about the contents of the Complete Bundle please click here. If you don't wish to purchase the Complete Bundle you can take advantage of the site's automated discounts: if you add 3 products to your shopping cart, the system will apply a 15% discount automatically. If you add 4 (or more) products to your shopping cart, the system will apply a 25% discount automatically. The discount shows up in the shopping cart.

5. What are the differences between the free and commercial versions?

There are two kinds of Photoshop actions on PanosFX:

1. The free actions (e.g. the "Out of Bounds"). They can be found under: Photoshop Downloads > Free actions, in the main menu.
These effects can be used freely with any home & commercial projects.

2. The commercial actions (such as the "Big Pictures"). They can be found under: Photoshop Downloads > Commercial & free actions in the main menu.
For some of these effects there is also a free version available for download. You can use the free version for evaluation purposes, or with any non-commercial projects. However if you want to use the actions commercially, you must purchase the commercial set (which of course has many more features).  

6. Will your products run on my version of Photoshop / PS Elements or my platform (Windows / MacOS)?

One of the great advantages of Photoshop actions is that they are platform independent. You merely need to check if the particular effect is compatible with your Photoshop version, by clicking the "Compatibility" tab on each effect page. Here on PanosFX we test all actions on a variety of different platforms and Photoshop versions. The downward compatibility includes the latest four PS / PSE versions.


7. How do I receive my software?


The products are distributed in digital format. Upon completion of payment you will be redirected to another secure page that contains the download links for the products you purchased. In addition the download links will be emailed to you upon completion of payment. If you fail to download the files for any reason just send us an email and we will reactivate the download links. You can freely redownload the versions you purchased, for a period of up to 12 months after the purchase. It is strongly recommended that you make a safe backup of the files immediately after you download them.

 8. How do I install the products I purchased?


The actions are distributed as zip files. Each file contains 2 folders with the respective files for Photoshop and PS Elements. If you don't know how to install the files please click on the Installation tab at the product page. Alternatively you can go to "Tips and Tutorials" and read the respective tutorial for your PS / PSE version.

9. What is the products' upgrade / update policy.

There are two types of changes regarding the existing PanosFX products:

i) Product upgrades: they refer to the launch of the next product version. Owners of the previous versions can download the new version at a discounted price. The upgrade discount is valid for a limited period of time after the launch of the new version.

ii) Product updates: they refer to a number of enhancements & improvements made to an existing product. The owners of the latest version get these updates for free via email.

TIP: You can check the date of the latest release at the top right of the product pages. Make sure you register with the site so that you won't miss the newsletters that announce an update / upgrade.

10. My computer crashed and I lost the PanosFX actions I purchased. Can I download them again?
 
We advise you make a safe backup of the files immediately after you download them. This is also stated in the email with the download links you receive. As mentioned above, our products (like any other applications) are updated or upgraded to new versions. Since it is not possible to keep a record of all past updates / upgrades per product, our policy is to provide a free redownload period which is valid up to 12 months after the purchase. When this period is over you won't be able to redownload the files for free.

Hence, if you lost the files you purchased up to 12 months ago, please send us an email using the Contact us link. Do not forget to enter the email address used for the particular transaction, or the Paypal transaction IDs, otherwise we won't be able to reactivate the download links. For security reasons the files are only sent to the email address used in the transaction.

11. Can I get a refund?
 
The files are delivered as digital downloads. Therefore we can't refund you the money for your purchase in case you make up your mind, simply because there's no way to get the product(s) back.
Please make sure that you've read the system requirements before purchasing a product. If you are having difficulties installing the files we can always assist you (e.g. using a Skype session).
