This article assumes that you have already registered a user account with PanosFX.com: if you encounter any problems in regard to activating your account please send an email using the 'Contact us' option.
This article will show you the steps to recover your username or reset your password. In both cases you need to remember the email address you used to register with the site.
To recover your username or reset your password please use the login menu on the home page, or the 'Community' dropdown menu:
If you forgot both your username and your password you must start with recovering your username. Then you must proceed with resetting your password.
1. Forgot your username?
If you can't remember your username click on "Forgot your username?". This will open a new page where you will be asked to enter the email address you used to register with the site (see image below). Enter your email address and click on Submit.
You will receive an email with your PanosFX username in the email address you entered above.
2. Forgot your password?
To reset your password you need to know your username. If you are not sure please recover your username first using the instructions above. Then click on "Forgot your password?"
This will open a new window where you will be asked to enter the email address you used to register with the site (see image below).
Enter your email address and click on "submit". An email will be sent to the above email address. Open the email and copy the token in your clipboard by selecting it with your mouse, right-clicking and then selecting "Copy" (see image below). Finally click on the URL below the token:
This will open a new window. Enter your PanosFX username (be careful not to make any typos otherwise you will get an "invalid token" error. Then paste the token in the respective field and click on "Submit" (see image below).
In the final step you are asked to enter a new password for your PanosFX account. Enter the new password twice and click on "Submit":
Once you click on Submit you will be able to login using your username and your new password.
When you login, you can use the User Menu on the home page or the "Edit Account Settings" option in the Community menu to change your user details (e.g. your email address, etc).
