PanosFX.com offers two payment options: Paypal and 2CO (2checkout.com).
- The site's Paypal purchase buttons let you add more than 1 items to your shopping cart; after confirming your order at checkout you will be directed to Paypal's site to make your payment.
- 2CO is an authorized retailer for goods and services offered at PanosFX. After clicking on the 2CO purchase button you will be redirected to 2checkout.com to make your payment. You can also add more than 1 products to the 2CO cart. Simply exit the shopping cart window and then click on the next PanosFX product purchase button.
2. Do I need to be a member of Paypal to make a payment?
No, you don't. If you wish to use Paypal you can pay with a credit/debit card without having to sign up a Paypal account.
3. What currencies do you support?
PanosFX.com is a company based in Greece, therefore the base price set for products is in Euros.
If you live in a country outside the Euro zone (e.g. in the USA) the payment takes place in your own currency and not in Euros. Both Paypal and 2CO let you see the overall cost in your own currency. Paypal currently supports 21 different currencies while 2CO currently supports 17 currencies.
4. Do you offer any discounts for bulk shopping?
The Complete Bundlepack is a discount bundle that lets you get the full range of PanosFX products and pay 50% less. To find out more about the contents of the Complete Bundlepack please click here.
5. What are the differences between the free and commercial versions?
There are 2 kinds of Photoshop actions on PanosFX:
(1). The free actions (e.g. the "Out of Bounds"). They can be found under: Photoshop Downloads > Free stuff, in the main menu.
These extensions can be used freely with any home & commercial projects.
(2). The commercial actions (such as the "Big Pictures"). They can be found under: Photoshop Downloads > Commercial & free stuff in the main menu.
For some of these extensions there is also a free version available for download. You can use the free version for evaluation purposes, or with any non-commercial projects. However if you want to use the actions commercially, you must purchase the commercial set (which of course has many more features). The Complete Bundlepack contains all the commercial sets which you can purchase paying half the price (vs. what you would pay if you purchase the commercial sets individually).

All PanosFX products have been tested and work flawlessly both in Windows & MacOS X. The great advantage of Photoshop actions is that they are platform independent: as long as a Photoshop version is compatible with your OS you won't have any issues. The only thing you need to check is if the particular effect is compatible with your Photoshop version: click the "Compatibility" tab on each effect page to find out the Photoshop / PSE versions it is compatible with.
7. How do I receive my software?
Upon completion of payment you will be redirected to another secure page. The download link(s) for the product(s) you purchased will appear on this page. Click on the link(s) to download the file(s). In addition an email with the download link(s) will be sent to you upon completion of payment. If you fail to download the files for any reason just drop us an email and we will reactivate the download links. You can redownload the versions you purchased for free for a period of up to 12 months after the purchase. It is strongly recommended that you make a safe backup of the files immediately after you download them.
8. How do I install the products I purchased?
The files are compressed in zip format. You can use any decompressing utility to decompress the files. Each file contains 2 folders with the respective versions for Photoshop and PS Elements. If you don't know how to install the files please click on the Installation tab at the product page. Alternatively you can go to the "Tips and Tutorials" and read the respective articles.
There are two types of changes with regards to existing PanosFX products:
i) Product upgrades: they refer to the launch of the next product version. Owners of the previous version can download the new version at a discounted price. The upgrade discount is valid for a limited period of time after the launch of the new version. T
ii) Product updates: they refer to a number of enhancements & improvements made to an existing product. The owners of the latest version get these updates for free via email.

TIP: You can check the date of the latest release at the top right of the product pages. Make sure you register with the site so that you won't miss the newsletters that announce an update / upgrade.
It is strongly recommended that you make a backup of the files immediately after you download them. You can ask to redownload the files for free for a period of up to 12 months after the purchase. Send me an email using the Contact menu on the home page. Do not forget to include the email address used for the particular transaction or the Paypal transaction ID otherwise I will not be able to send you the files. For security reasons the files will be sent to the original email address.
