A detailed guide of the steps you must follow, to recover your username and set a new password.

How to retrieve your username or reset your password.

You tried to login, but you got the following message:
wrong username password warning

Assuming that you have an account, this error indicates that you entered the wrong username or the wrong password (or both).

To recover your username or reset your password, go to the site's main menu and click on Customers > Login/Register. Then click on the "Forgot your username?" or on the "Forgot your password?" link. If can't remember both your username and your password, start with recovering your username. Then proceed with resetting your password.

1. Forgot your username?

If you can't remember your username, go to the site's main menu and click on Customers > Login/Register. Then click on "Forgot your username?". This will open a new page where you will be asked to enter the email address you used to register with the site.

  • Enter your email address and click on SUBMIT.
  • An email containing your PanosFX username will be sent to the email address you entered above.
  • If you can't find the email please check your spam/junk folder in case it landed there and mark the email as not spam.

2. Forgot your password?

To reset your password you need to know your PanosFX username. If you are not sure what is your exact username please recover it first, using the instructions above.

  • Click on Customers > Login/Register under the main menu and then click on "Forgot your password?".
  • You will be asked to enter the email address you used to register with the site. Enter your email address and click on SUBMIT.
  • An email will be sent to the above email address. If you can't find the email please check your spam/junk folder in case it landed there and mark the email as not spam.
  • Open the email and copy the token (highlight it with your mouse, right-click and then select "Copy").
  • Finally click on the URL below the token. This will open a new window.
  • Enter your PanosFX username (be careful not to make any typos otherwise you will get an "invalid token" error.
  • Paste the token in the respective field and click on SUBMIT.
  • Finally you will be asked to enter a new password for your PanosFX account. Enter the new password twice and click on SUBMIT.

Once you click on Submit you will be able to login using your username and your new password.

3. Still need help?

If you are not able to login for any reason, please send an email using the "Contact us" link, below. You will be given a temporary password, which you must change as soon as you login.
