I been trying to put my teachers face on the Mona Lisa, its for school. I looked at the tutorials on youtube and on here and I could not get it. I was wondering if someone can help me if I send them the picture.

Hello NGokal

You should tell us a little more about what your problem is and which software you are using

Pit, NGokal (uses PS CS5 Ext) has already reached me via email regarding this request. I've already replied via email.
In addition I want to write down a few thoughts here, about this and other similar requests that may be be possibly posted in the future.

1. At the beginning of each tutorial page the user is informed about the level of PS expertise he/she needs to have in order to follow the tute steps: basic / intermediate / advanced.
In the case of the Mona Lisa tute: knowing how to work with layer masks is an indispensable Photoshop skill. If someone doesn't know how to use masks they must spend some time to master this extremely useful feature. Asking someone else to do the work for us will never improve our skills.

2. There is another issue that makes me concerned in this case. I haven't enough information in order to understand if the teacher has given his consent for his photo to be used this way.

Oh no Im not getting any points for this or anything, the teacher just asked me bc im good with computers and so he thought I knew a lot about Photoshop which I only know very little. But it was just a request and so I said sure I can do it (I thought it would be easy if I looked a tut online) and so thats why I told him I would do it....

So, today's lesson is: do not promise something that you can't deliver. Not only you can harm your credibility, but you may get yourself into troubles (imagine what could happen had this promise been given in a work environment).

The Mona Lisa tutorial will let you familiarize yourself with non-destructive PS techniques using layer masks, adjustment layers etc. So, since you already own this precious (and expensive) piece of software called Photoshop, this is an excellent opportunity to go deeper into its secrets. This is how all of us started using it one day.
