You can re-download your product files for free, for 365 days after the purchase date.
When this period expires, the download links in the Customer Control Panel will be deactivated. You can keep your product files and use them for as long as you wish.
Discounts for upgrading to the latest version:
If the free download period has expired and you wish to upgrade to the latest product version, you are eligible for a discount, if the purchase was made between 1 and 3 years ago. Please refer to these instructions for more information.
