What payment options are available?

You can use one of these two payment options: PayPal or Stripe

  • Pay using PayPal: If you choose PayPal, you will be given two options after you finish placing your order on PanosFX: pay using your PayPal balance, or pay with your credit or debit card as a guest (without a PayPal account). In both cases, the payment takes place on PayPal's secure servers:

  • Pay using Stripe: Securely pay with your credit or debit card using Stripe: a trusted payment gateway used by major companies like Amazon, IBM, and Ford. If you choose Stripe, you will be transferred to their secure servers to make your payment, after you finish placing your order on PanosFX.com
PayPal (or Stripe) doesn't recognize my card.
  • If PayPal doesn't accept your card, then place your order again and this time use 'Stripe' as your payment method.
  • If Stripe doesn't accept your card, please place your order again and select 'PayPal' as the payment method at checkout. After completing your order, you will be redirected to PayPal. From there, choose 'Credit/Debit Card' to pay as a guest without a PayPal account.
I have a different currency than the displayed one.

When you checkout, you will be forwarded to PayPal or Stripe, to pay. The price will be converted and displayed to your local currency before payment.

Which taxes apply to your transaction?

Tax details vary by location:

  • Customers outside the European Union: No taxes apply.

  • EU individuals: Your country's VAT will be applied based on Directive 2008/8/EC.

  • VIES-registered EU companies: Enter the company's VAT number (German: USt-IdNr., French: No.TVA, Dutch: BTW-nr, Austrian: UID-Nr, etc.) and address, to exempt the VAT.

How will I receive my purchased products?

Immediately after your payment is completed, you will receive an email with the download links.

  • Logged-in Users will also be redirected to their Customer Panel, where they can re-download their files at their convenience.

  • Guest Purchases: If you made a purchase as a guest (without logging in) and now wish to access the Customer Panel, simply register using the same email address you used to purchase the products. The transaction will be added automatically to your user profile and will show up in the Customer Panel.

How do I install the add-ons?

All add-on files are compressed in zip format. If you need installation guidance for Photoshop or Photoshop Elements, please refer to our installation instructions.

Registering vs subscribing to the newsletter. Are they different?

Registering an account and subscribing to the newsletter are separate processes. We highly recommend that you both register, and subscribe to our site's newsletter:

  1. Register and login before purchasing to store the transaction in your profile and access the latest version of your files through the Customer Panel. If you've made a guest purchase, register using the same email you used to purchase the products, to access the Customer Panel.

  2. Subscribe to the newsletter which is released every 1-2 months to ensure that you'll receive timely notifications whenever a product update is released. You'll also get a bunch of cool, exclusive add-ons for free and coupons for your next purchases!

Are your add-ons compatible with my system?

Operating System Compatibility: Our add-ons are compatible with both Windows and macOS. Please ensure the add-on is compatible with your specific Photoshop version (see details below).

Photoshop Version Compatibility: All PanosFX add-ons are designed to work with the latest versions of Photoshop and Photoshop Elements. Most add-ons are also compatible with older versions, including Photoshop CS4 and Photoshop Elements 15.

What is your refund policy?

Refund Policy: Due to the open format of these Photoshop add-on files, refunds are not possible. Consider using our trial versions to assess if a product meets your requirements before purchase. You can also use the Contact link, to send a couple of images you'd like to test with a certain add-on.
