If you purchased a product as a registered user, you can use the Customer Panel to download the latest file version.
There are two links that take you to the Customer Panel: on the main menu (Customers > Customer Panel) and on the site's footer. Click one of them. If you haven't logged in, you will be asked to enter your username and password. If you have difficulty logging in, please refer to these instructions.
Then click the 'My Downloads' icon:
To download the latest product version, click the product filename under the 'Files' column:
If you purchased the product as a guest (without registering / logging in) you can't use the Customer Panel to download the files, because the transaction is not linked to a user account. If you wish to download the latest updates for your product version, use one of these two options:
You can freely download the latest updates for your product version for 365 days after the purchase date.
When this period is over, the Customer Panel will display the notice "Download period has elapsed" for the particular transaction:
If the free download period has elapsed and you wish to upgrade to the latest version, you get the following discounts:
If you own a previous version of the 'COMPLETE PanosFX' (or the 'Complete Bundle') and you wish to upgrade to the latest edition, you get the following discounts:
