New 'Tilted Strips' effects

I added a new set of effects for Adobe Photoshop and Photoshop Elements - the 'Tilted Strips' actions.

They transform any area of the photo into a collage made of tilted strips or arrows. Create images with 6, 5, or 4 horizontal or vertical strips, or arrows with the same or opposite directions.
